Yesterday I took a trip to the eye doctor. I haven’t had my eyes checked since i was pregnant and I was being real bad and my last pair of contacts lasted me over 3 months…Yeah, gross, especially considering they are only 1 month lenses. I was on the way to see Brandi and my eye was killing me so when i got to her work I pulled the lens out and it was ripped almost in half. Anyway, I didn’t realize the Doctor was going to dialate my freaking pupils. I was a little shocked she gave my the dye..This time I didn’t sign a form so i didn’t expect this. I had the dye for glaucoma check and i’m fine and then she added clear drops..In my naive assumptions I thought that was going to clean my eyes..LOL, wrong! I was told to go sit out and wait..I then was writing a check and I was starting to get all messed up. I asked, what is going on?? I was told my eyes were dialating and that was normal..Oh thanks for letting me know my fucking eyeballs are going t be all fucked up for the next 4 hours..I drove home and Alan and my mom told me that I wasn’t supposed to drive after that…Well, I made it home but wanted to sleep it off. Just trippy! So, here is a look at my eyes…

I’ve been wearing contacts for years and never had that test. I get the dye one all the time but never the other one. I’m thinking about changing to monthlies next year but I’m so used to Gas Permeable I’m not sure.

I used to wear 3 month contacts but then I switched to monthies cause Im bad at taking my contacts out:borg:…I have astigmatism so it is a little spendy for the daily lenses but I really think I need to go with the dailies or just get the eye surgery. Ive never worn anything but soft lenses. Thanks for the compliment

I just started wearing contacts this Spring. I can’t tell you how many pair I had to rip through before I FINALLY got the hang of them. LOL

My eye doctor has this awesome new camera thingy that can take a picture of the inside of your eye, eliminating the need to dialate from now on! It rocks.

Those are some big pupils you’ve got there missy! I wore contacts for years and years until I had lasiks. It was the best thing I’ve ever done. You should totally get it!
Im really considering it. My mom had it done about 2 months ago! They probably have to give me valium though cause im a woose.:shock:
